  • What do I get with a monthly personal training membership?

    You get guaranteed weekly time slots with your trainer, daily text support if you have questions, and your program gets adjusted regularly as you progress — built for people who've already made progress and want to keep it going.

  • How does billing and scheduling work each month?

    You're billed based on how many sessions you book each week (for example, three sessions a week means you're billed for about 12 sessions a month), with your invoice sent near the end of each month for the next one.

  • Can I pause my membership if I go on vacation or get busy?

    Yes — just give 30 days' notice to cancel, or let your trainer know in advance if you need to pause for travel or an emergency; you can also switch to remote coaching instead of stopping completely.
