A 90-minute deep-dive for clients seeking expert guidance without a long-term commitment.   • If you’re looking for more than a generic workout - if you want a customized plan that integrates your nervous system, recovery, nutrition, and real-world functionality - you’re in the right place. I work best with people ready to show up fully and shift more than just their body

  • We’ll connect for 15 minutes to see if we’re a good fit. You’ll share your goals, challenges, and what you’re seeking in a coach. It’s no-pressure, no pitch - just alignment. Next step is to meet for a mini-session at my gym and we will go over best packages for you based on what we go over on the call and in person.

  • Yes. While most sessions happen in person at my private studio in St. Petersburg, FL we can combine online support, app-based tracking, and virtual consults to support your goals from anywhere.

  • Monthly coaching includes guaranteed booking times, daily text support, and ongoing adjustments, and long-term strategy. It’s best for clients committed to lifestyle and physique sustainability not just transformation. Session packs offer flexibility, can book as needed, but does not guarantee time slots or continuous support between sessions. Best for those on holiday, as as an add on to other training, or unsure of what you are seeking.

  • I ask for a 30-day cancellation notice to respect both of our time and scheduling. Pauses are available with prior communication for emergencies or extended travel seasons or can move into remote coaching while out of town.

  • Yes - my approach is built around nervous system safety and real-life needs. We go at your pace, whether you’re brand new to strength training or rebuilding after injury, burnout, or life transitions.

  • Yes. Nutrition guidance is integrated and a vital pillar in your training process. It includes tracking support, recovery-based fueling, and intuitive-based eating tools for sustainable change. We will come up with your nutrition plan and education strategy based on your needs.

  • Currently, my main offerings are private 1-on-1 sessions. I do occasionally run breath & sound immersions or Steep Station Nights called Steep, Savor, Sovereign in St. Pete, FL @ Steep Station every 1st and 3rd Thursday each month. Currently a donation community class.

  • All session cancellations require at least 24 hours’ to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be charged in full. No exceptions.

    There are no refunds once any package or sessions is purchased, except in the case of documented medical emergency. However, I will always do my best to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests when communicated in advance and within the timeframe of the package’s expiration.

    What happens if I miss a session? I hold myself to the same level of integrity I ask of my clients. If I ever miss a session without proper notice or rescheduling, you will receive a complimentary makeup session, in addition to the missed session at no additional charge. Mutual respect and accountability are foundational to this work, and it goes both ways.

    Monthly retainers require a 30-day cancellation notice. If you decide to pause or cancel your plan, you’ll continue training through the paid period and then won’t be billed the following month.

    Session Packs are non-refundable and must be used within 60 days of purchase. Sessions can be rescheduled within the 60 day window.

    If you are late to a session by 15+ mins with no prior contact, the sessions is considered NO SHOW, and will be charged fully.
